Hungarian Sweet Paprika

Our sweet Hungarian paprika, a staple in Hungary, features a bright red color with fruity notes and mild heat. Commonly known as “Édesnemes” in its home country, Hungarian paprika is the best all-purpose spice; making it essential in all pantries. We source this Paprika from Kalocsa, a town in Hungary.

This beautiful spice is often used as a seasoning for spice blends, sauces, marinades, poultry, and stews. My favorite dish I learned in culinary school was Hungarian Goulash where this paprika becomes the star in this dish.
