Our Vietnamese black pepper is a variety of black pepper that originates from Quảng Trị, Vietnam. Peppercorns grow on a vine and bear round, berry-like fruits called "drupes". They are picked while green, fermented, and sun-dried which produces the characteristic black wrinkled texture.
What makes our Vietnamese black pepper special is that the peppercorns are optically sorted—sorting out the odd-colored and misshaped peppercorns, thus providing the purest and most aromatic peppercorns. Our peppercorns come in three options: Whole with a glass jar grinder, Whole in a glass jar with a twist-off cap, or freshly ground, which we prepare in small batches weekly. You will not find a better black peppercorn to use. Use our Vietnamese black pepper for steaks, salads, pastas, spice blends, and whatever your heart desires.
Ingredients: Whole Black peppercorn | Piper nigrum
