Our Coriander Cumin Blend is made with Wild Black Cumin and Green Herati Coriander, both sourced directly from Afghanistan. These high-quality cumin varieties are roasted in small batches to bring out their full flavor, then ground fresh for each batch.

We roast the cumin and coriander seeds in the oven to release their natural oils, ensuring a rich and balanced taste. This blend works well with a variety of dishes, from meats to vegetables, adding a warm, earthy flavor.
